Yes. Every deposit via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe, and every withdrawal back to your linked wallet, is governed by these terms. The payment conduct clauses set out what happens if a transfer is disputed or reversed by the payment rail.

We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes by posting an update notification on your account dashboard. Continued use of your account after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You have the right to raise a formal dispute with our support team. Submit your query in writing with your account ID and the specific clause you are challenging. We will review and respond with a clause-level decision within five business days.

Account closure requests are submitted through the account settings panel. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure is finalised. Post-closure, we retain data only as required by applicable law, then purge it on our standard schedule.

Access to amarsatta depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. Certain clauses — particularly those relating to dispute resolution and data rights — may be superseded by applicable Indian law where that law cannot be excluded by contract.
